After 20 years of traveling working in the Cruise Industry with 3 young daughters at home, Katie was ready to find something fulfilling she could do that would allow her to work from home and be more in control of her schedule. She loved being able to stay home with her daughters but missed adult connection and conversation. She needed a solution that would work for her entire family.
Katie found the SeneGence business opportunity at a trade show and understood the power of the business right away. She started her journey as an Independent Distributor in 2002 and named her own business Kiss Me Katie 411 after a LipSense shade color she created for the company called Kiss Me Katie.
Today she inspires women around the world sharing makeup tips, beauty techniques and business skills. She loves working with midlife women who want to grow personally, who know they have a gift to share with others and who want more flexibility over their time and income and want to be part of a like-minded community.
With her positive outlook and adventurous personality, Katie continues to work from home (or wherever her phone takes her) with women of all ages sharing beauty and makeup tips that can easily be duplicated at home. Her specialty is working with professional business women who want to know the best way to take care of their skin and to bring out their natural features without spending a lot of time. She inspires them to look beautiful and feel confident all day - every day!
Katie is passionate about helping women who are struggling to balance life with kids and work. Finding that "balance" people talk about. She guides them with the opportunity to become a SeneGence Distributor with her team so they can build a business from home, around their family schedule, be home when they need to and become part of an amazing community of like minded, empowering women working with the same goals. She has one of the most solid teams of women of all ages ready to help mentor others.

Katie is passionate about serving women around the world with outstanding makeup and skincare products that really work. She's been an independent distributor representing SeneGence International since 2002 and not only loves the products but she knows what this business can do for families. Katie helps women who are ready to take back control, with a career opportunity to head into their next phase with passion, purpose and fun. She helps women understand they can make real money in Direct Sales and be a role model to others, their children and in their community.
Katie has been married since 1990 and has 3 grown daughters and is GiGi to her granddaughter Paisley and grandson Jordan. She created her dream career working from wherever she chooses and connects with women from around the world. She shares about her business and favorite skincare and makeup tips at Kiss Me Katie 411 Facebook group and everything about midlife in her online community The Midlife Makeover. When she isn't teaching about makeup you can usually find her off on another adventure! Katie and her husband discovered hiking in the mountains of Colorado shortly after moving from Washington State and you can usually find them out exploring every chance they can.
